All orders are FINAL SALE. No refunds, returns, or cancellations will be accepted once an order is placed.

Because our products are made in limited quantities, we cannot restock or resell returned items. This ensures every customer receives a brand-new, exclusive pieces.

Chargeback & Fraud Policyy

We take fraud prevention seriously to protect both our customers and our business.

• Fraudulent Orders: High-risk or potentially fraudulent orders will not be accepted or processed. We actively use fraud detection systems and may request identity or payment verification before fulfilling an order.
• Chargebacks: If you have a concern with your order, please contact us directly at nedyvx@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be quickly and fairly resolved by email.
• Disputes: Any chargebacks filed without prior communication will be considered against our policy. We provide Shopify and your payment processor with full order records, proof of shipment, and correspondence to resolve disputes in our favor.
• Our Goal: We aim to resolve any concerns directly and promptly with you. This protects genuine customers while helping us prevent fraud.
